Shower water never got hot, it was barely lukewarm. Water pressure was low. Shower couldn't be shut off, water constantly dripped all the time. Room temperature couldn't be adjusted we tried. Told staff about shower but they needed to order parts. I was also upset that I was charged for parking.

The hot tub was great after skiing. It was nice and hot and had enough room for many guests. The common rooms were a little drafty and cold and the restaurant/bar area had more of a cafeteria feel.

We had no running water for two days and when they did finally fix the water issue, our hotel room got flooded when all the water backed up came out of our sick and onto the floor and room. I had to call Police and fire department when there was an incredible amount of water in the room. This was probably the worst stay I’ve ever had and I do not recommend anyone going to this property. Our luggage got soaked and wrecked from the flood
