The fact that when I booked it, It stated that you could cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival, I went to view the hotel a week before and wanted to change to a better hotel, then I’m told no refund, in future I shall visit the premises before booking as the images don’t give an accurate picture

My family and I enjoyed this property. The staffs were very professional, the property well kept, my room and bathroom were very clean. I enjoyed our meals at the onsite restaurant. I recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, familiar with staff who are very accommodating and helpful. However after staying at the sister Hotel 39 in Montego Bay, I feel some of the rooms and parts of the Altamont need updating. Always a pleasant stay and will definitely return.

The property is good overall, I would stay there again. The breakfast was very small though, even the lunch serving was very small. Taste was good though.
