The stay was okay; I had a different expectation of the room. First night, no extra toilet paper was left & very little on the dispenser. The corner lamp was off and had to plug to socket which was hard to do, hardly any space to get to it plus when moving the chair, one its leg was broken & had a hard time pulling out & placing it back. The following day, when I returned being out most of the day, the beds had not been done nor the trash picked up & no floor shower towel left. The cleaning crew should take pride in keeping rooms clean & tidy. *** I do want to commend the two employees who worked during the night of my stay that they were nice & ready to assist. We were greeted every time would come in!!

Bathroom was dirty. Ventilation was poor. Lighting was inadequate. Pillows were lumpy. Mattress was too soft. Visible mold on ceiling and walls. Inadequate insulation allowed too much street noise. Overall the building looked old and poorly maintained. Staff were pleasant.

The condition of hotel is getting worse every stay. Have decided that i will no longer be staying st this hotel. The water smell from bathroom faucet was awful. The shower door is full of rust. About the only good thing is parking snd breakfast.

For the price the room was dark and dim. The room smelled musty and the floors were sticky. The bathroom door was hard to open and hard to close. It was overall an unpleasant experience and I was very disappointed and dissatisfied… also not very happy that they came in to clean my room when we hadn’t checked out yet….

Went for softball tournament and enjoyed our stay. What we have to complain about is not having water for sometime, then not hot/warm water.
