Staff is always friendly and helpful. Services and amenities are wonderful. Best pool and hot tub. This is our second time there and it did not disappoint. We will certainly use us as her go to hotel when we are in the area.

All on all was a good stay, toilet was a bit of an issue but id stay here again. Staff were excellent..room was clean, the keurig could use a cleaning.

Room was quite run down. Bathroom sink likely has a severe leak the wall and onto the surrounding hallway carpet. We wore pool sandals the entire stay to avoid soaking our socks. Tile grout is very dirty. Hot water takes at least 60 seconds to run hot. Water refill station in lobby needs the catchment tray deep cleaned badly. Elevator carpet needs to be steam cleaned. Very bad smell

Place was old and very run down. Didn't look like the pictures. Had to switch from the first room I was due to noise and stained carpets. I have been very happy with the BWPs until this one. Won't be staying there again. Front desk staff when I first arrived was not at all friendly but the rest were good. Breakfast was nothing like the other BWPs either, very lacking.
