I was disappointed as my room was on the first floor and was literally beside the dining hall/ reception so you can hear everything early in the morning. I would definitely recommend not to have a room on the first floor. I paid $250+ for a night , although it was really clean you are woken up with general noise as the location of the room is right beside everything. Was disappointed overall for what I paid.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Kitchener Holiday Inn. The staff at the front desk were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, and well arranged. The bed was very comfortable, as were the bedding, especially the long pillows. The only quibble I have was that the air conditioning was noisy at start of each cooling cycle and I eventually had to turn it off because it was disturbing my sleep. The choices for breakfast were very good and the staff did an excellent job in keeping the breakfast counter clean and well stocked. Overall my experience at this hotel was excellent.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and very nice to stay in. The breakfast was amazing - especially the pancakes
