Very pleasant stay, excellent hospitality and great housekeeping. Surprised us with small birthday cake in room. Only minor improvement, the area on the tv console where the excellent coffee m/c and water dispenser are, is a little dark. Will stay again.

Good location

Horizon club staff very helpful and friendly. Particularly Elisa, Kit and Wing. Cleaning of rooms adequate, but the sink overflows in the bathrooms were quite dirty and off putting. Floor in toilet next to kitchen had a mark on it which was there when we arrived and stayed there the whole 5 days we were accommodated. Could do with a bin in kitchenette area for food waste etc.

I stayed at this hotel in 2008, great location but property is in serious need to step up compared to its sister property in Toronto and other locations. Expected more, staff on front desk were rude, decor was very tired and rooms could do with updating. For the price paid, the standards were not as expected.

Great Experience at The Hotel Shangri-La .

We had a lovely stay at The Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong. We were there for 2 nights. The hotel is in Kowloon right in the middle of the city; convenient to the Metro train. We would definitely stay there again.
