Rooms a big, clean and comfortable. Really nice staff. Breakfast was good. Meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt etc. Just what id expect. Late check out option would have been a lifesaver as we had a late flight but unfortunately its not an option. Hence the 4*. If this was available, it would hve been a 5* stay.

Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Amazing central location. Staff are very helpful. Room was clean. The area is quite loud throughout the night - not a problem for me, but if you're wanting an undisturbed night, you might do better to stay away from the main square. Overall, great stay.

Room was spotless. Was able to leave our bag before check in and after check out, which was very helpful. Gentlemen who checked us in were clear with instructions. Room was warm (not over hot) and comfortable at the back of the building, so no street noise. Windows opened for ventilation. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great shower pressure.

My wife has mobility issues and was made to climb 2 flights of stairs to our designated room. Twice we asked for a room accessible by the lift and twice we were refused. The staff were not helpful and seemed very abrupt. Even though the hotel policy is to make all guests comfortable they certainly did not. This hotel is definitely not for disabled people.
