The hotel is perfectly place near the centre of the old town, the room was spotless and perfect size for a solo traveller and the breakfast is excellent and staff are very friendly.

This was my third visit to Krakow and my our thied stay at the Hotel Rezydent. The hotel is in a great location, just off the main square. The hotel is feeling a little dated, and in need of a freshen up.

Amazing central location. Staff are very helpful. Room was clean. The area is quite loud throughout the night - not a problem for me, but if you're wanting an undisturbed night, you might do better to stay away from the main square. Overall, great stay.

Room was spotless. Was able to leave our bag before check in and after check out, which was very helpful. Gentlemen who checked us in were clear with instructions. Room was warm (not over hot) and comfortable at the back of the building, so no street noise. Windows opened for ventilation. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great shower pressure.

My wife has mobility issues and was made to climb 2 flights of stairs to our designated room. Twice we asked for a room accessible by the lift and twice we were refused. The staff were not helpful and seemed very abrupt. Even though the hotel policy is to make all guests comfortable they certainly did not. This hotel is definitely not for disabled people.

Had a wonderful stay , the staff were lovely , the breakfast was nice and had plenty of options , I was in a room at the front of the building which was quite noisy so be sure to request a room at the back if you like to relax in you room / go to bed early , would stay again as the location was excellent

This place was great. Only thing I'd say to keep in mind is that you are right above one of the main streets so you will have to use the provided earplugs if you are a light sleeper. But very friendly staff and everything was very clean and secure.

Great location, within pedestrianised area, seconds off the main square. Hotel does have a lift and storage area for bags on arrival/pre departure. Spacious room with a fantastic powerful, instantly hot shower, tea coffee facilities and bottled water. Good choice at breakfast, setting you up for the day. some hot food as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, responded quickly to messages before our visit as well. I would be disappointed if we could not book the hotel on another visit. I slept with the windows open and did not find noise from the people walking outside to be a problem. We stayed at the end of October.

The location is perfect, and the room size and free water bottles were a really nice perk. However, the cleanliness of the whole hotel really needs to be addressed. Upon arriving, the counters were covered in dust and these were never cleaned. Other than changing towels and making the bed, nothing else is done by the cleaners (including leaving used mugs). The reception staff aren’t the friendliest either. We were told we could check in early at 1pm, and after checking back, they said we couldn’t very sternly. We also asked to leave bags, which we were told they’d be put in a secure room. However, both times we came back, they were sat in the public seating area in reception. A bit annoying but not a massive issue is that the old hairdryer, lack of milk (but given tea bags and coffee) and lack of TV channels are very poor. Then finally the room had a strong smell of drains in our parents room which we found was coming from the shower and it kept overflowing so we had to clean the clumps of hair out of the shower trap ourselves. Overall, the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade starting with cheap things like replacing the mouldy lampshades
