Traders was incredible! The Suite was so spacious and very luxurious. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The VIP Lounge was fitting of the word VIP. The location next to the Twin Towers and multiple shopping malls was so convenient. If you are staying in Kuala Lumpur City Center, this is the place to stay hands down!

In my view, this hotel undoubtedly deserves a five-star rating, thanks to its exceptional staff and exemplary service. Its location is perfect, ideally situated in the heart of the city, near the Twin Towers. The staff members are remarkable, especially Ms. Halima, who truly embodies outstanding customer service with her kindness, courtesy, and confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect and if you want a good view of the twin towers pick the right rooms and you will be amazed. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment of food.

Best view of the Twin Towers as it is located on the other side of it. there are hotels closer to KLCC but trust me you wont get the views. gorgeous hotel indeed - worth every penny.

The staff were amazing, their service and manner were great and very welcoming. They were very polite and felt like they respected us as a guest. I am a very frequent traveller and have experienced many buffets, the breakfast buffet at Traders was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had upto now. There was a large variety of food options and the quality was of high standard too. Overall this hotel is excellent and would recommend it very highly.
