The location is very close to Kyoto train station. It's accessible via underground as well in case if it's raining. There are many F&B nearby. Overall, happy staying at this hotel.

Location was great. This aside, property condition was terrible with very old amenities, beds felt like water beds…..it has been likely decades since I had to use a key to open a hotel room! The toilet was so loud like a volcano erupting. For the price charged, better look at other hotels, unless u really want to be next to Kyoto station.

Hotel was perfectly fine for our needs, but it is dated. Couldn’t remember the last time I had an actual key for the door. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the location right across the street from Kyoto Station.

Room and towels smelt like cigarettes. Very convenient location across Kyoto station. Good restaurants in the hotel. Room seemed outdated and a little dirty. Service was great. Family mart and cafe across the street. Also city buses right across the street too.

Very good hotel by itself. Only one thing we wished was coin laundry. Closest one was about 7 minutes walk. Other than that, very good! Dry convenience place & in front of Kyoto station!

The Hotel was conveniently located near the transit station. The buffet located at the lobby was ok. The room was clean and roomy. I recommend this hotel for any customers coming to Kyoto. It's located 30 min from Tenryu-ji Temple and 15 to 20 from Fushimi Inari Taisha Gates.
