My husband and enjoyed our absolutely perfect stay here. The room decor was warm and inviting. The quality and amenities were top-notch. Absolutely the best rest we had during our 14 day trip in Japan. The included breakfast buffet was pleasing ro the eye and tasty. The staff kept the food stocked and the area clean. The hotel was close to train and bus transportation. Do not hesitate to book a room here; you will not be disappointed. We look forward to staying here again on our next vacation in Kyoto!

The location of the hotel and the lobby were great! The actual room was just okay. It wasn’t the cleanest, which was surprising considering the price you’re paying. One of our “clean” bath towels was dirty with a stain on it, and the shower had quite a bit of what looked like mold/mildew in the grout. I wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.

Location is great to access all the authentication of dinings. There is extra tourist tax 200 yen per person in a day. The space is a bit smaller than what I was expecting. There are no facilities other than laundry areas on Level 2 and Level 3 The bathroom is pretty clean& nice but there are a lot of dust sitting in ventilation holes

The staffs were very helpful. Booked our luggage transfer to Tokyo and also called a taxi. The room was spacious and clean. Location is convenient to food and shopping. You can’t go wrong staying here.

I stayed for 1 night. It was in the city center and close to everything. The hotel looks very chic and in the center. I didn’t get the opportunity to have the breakfast since I left very early in the morning. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Kyoto.
