The check-in staff is very nice. Breakfast is good with sausages and eggs. The hotel is quiet and clean. The only problem is that the bathtub is clogged and drains slowly.

The website states free cribs. I called the day of check in to be sure a crib would be available. I was told to let them know upon check in and they have cribs available. Upon check in, I was told they do not have cribs.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Eggs and sausage everyday along with the waffles and cereal. Pool and hot tub were nice also. Easy access off freeway but far enough it was quiet.

The staff were wonderful!! They were NEVER just sorting around. In fact, they were always hard at work. Their boss had a broken foot so they were pitching in for him. They were wonderful! We will definitely stay there again! You should, too! Loved this plane!
