With its relaxed atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and unbeatable location, this charming home makes it easy to enjoy the very best of San Diego.



This classic 1-bedroom, 440-square-foot bungalow has everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a relaxing beach vacation, or a personal retreat, this inviting home offers the perfect place to unwind.



The bright and spacious living room features high-vaulted wood ceilings, a skylight, beach-inspired décor, comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and a 42” Smart TV—the perfect spot to relax with a movie after a day at the beach. Free YouTube TV is also included. The living room features a queen-size pull-out sofa, while the bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed. Two beach cruisers are also available for guests to enjoy.



Beautiful hardwood floors, updated appliances, and stylish furnishings throughout the home create a warm, welcoming, and serene atmosphere. The great room also includes a dining table with seating for four.



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a modern backsplash, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. A charming breakfast nook provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while breakfast is being prepared. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups.



The spacious and thoughtfully designed bedroom features vaulted ceilings, calming décor, a 40” Smart TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. The private ensuite bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Whether you're taking an afternoon nap or curling up with a good book, this peaceful space makes it easy to slow down and relax.



For added comfort, the home is equipped with individual A/C wall units in the main living area and bedroom, each controlled by its own wireless remote.



Everything You Need for a Beach Day:



The beach is just a quick stroll away, where you can relax in the sand, rent kayaks, explore the caves, or take a surf lesson. You'll also find amazing local restaurants, surf shops, and convenience stores just steps from the home.



To make your beach days even easier, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, a wagon, surfboards, and a beach umbrella. One off-street parking space is also included.

Such a cute and cozy place. Perfect location as we had a graduation at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. We were able to walk to graduation as the parking there is limited. Communication was perfect and informative. Walked to dinner ! Would definitely stay there again. Suggest a few more dish towels as no dishwasher… but not a big deal.

A lovely beach house

We had a wonderful time staying at this house for 2 weeks. The location is superb --- we walked down to the beach/playground and restaurants after work each day. I was worried that it would be a bit tight for our family of 4 with the kids in a pull-out couch for 2 weeks, but we had a lovely time and we enjoyed the secluded front porch area as a way to spread out a little bit. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great location

We love La Jolla Shores! The beach is a few easy blocks away. It’s a wonderful place to swim, sunbathe, kayak, surf. You name it. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The property is well maintained and comfortable. It’s got everything we need for a great location.

Loved it!

We stayed for a week and I was so impressed. It was close to everything. Walk to the beach, walk to restaurants neighborhood store. This place had everything you would need, bicycles, surfing boards. I will stay again.
