They have very slippery plastic shower inserts that are easy to slip and fall. Rubber bath mat was not clean. Need to address safety of such a slippery surface.

Hotel.com ripped me off. Took my money and then left me without a room. Then said they could not refund my money for 7 10 days. I had no other way to get a room. No more money. Never ever again will I use Expedia again. They will leave you out to drive 8 hours back home in middle log the night
