We made good travel time but couldn't check in early without a fee even though there were plenty of rooms available.female front desk clerk very unfriendly. male staff at night was very nice. All elevators didn't pass inspection so had to share one working elevator with cleaners.so ended up using stairs. had to get different room keys because they didn't work.Ice machines were not all working either.

My shower was not clean. There was visible pinkish mildew. Also, it was extremely hot in the lobby. It was mid August. The A/C might have been down, but there was no sign indicating so I'm not sure. There was only one fan in the lobby and it was a small desk fan pointed at the front desk attendant.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, very clean, however if you have mobility issues the bed is very high and soft and shower was too difficult to navigate. I probably should have gotten an accessible room except that it cost more.

I didn't like that our hotel room didn't have the sjower cleaned. There was hair on the shower floor. My son is non verbal autistic and needs to use the shower daily. Unfortunately we didn't use it during our stay there. I said something to the front desk woman when we had checked out

Very loud plumbing. When guests in other rooms ran the water, it was impossible to sleep. We ordered our breakfast early because we needed to catch the ferry, and sat and waited and watched everyone who came in after us get their food for over a half hour, and then found out they had the order, and never started it, so we had to leave to catch the boat. The staff wasn’t helpful in either case. It was unusual to have an overall poor experience like that with lodging.
