Its a beautiful location. The first room i was assigned had gum stuck to the headboard and white stuff on the rug.
Our first room was dirty! There was gum on the side of the headboard ! And there's was white stuff on the rug! I was transferred to another room. The room was mediocre and the bedding dingy! Towels filthy! Hair in shower drain!
These are the filthy -Unused towels! The property looks nice though.

It was an okay place to stay for one night. The only thing is when we got there no one was at the desk and the same thing when we tried to check out, so we just left the key cards on the desk. Room was a good size with a really good view of the lake. It is near a busy road so it is kind of hard to sleep, as well as the dripping on the shower and all the other noises in the room I found it really overstimulating.

The room was clean. The property was centrally located and very affordable. I stayed during the off-season and the entire place to myself. The hotel offers beautiful views of Winnisquam Lake. It was great to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the morning.
