We had to stay in a pet friendly room due to traveling with a dog. The room was poorly cleaned with other pets hair throughout. Our pet also picked up fleece either from walking through the grounds or as we entered the room. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade/change over of bedding sheets and covers since the current ones in circulation are way overused. Toiletries like shampoo very not refilled with container completely empty. Our room had a sleeping sofa but we couldn't used it due to mattress being very dirty. The person checking us in in the evening was not very friendly but the morning crew was a lot more responsive and warm. Breakfast choices were satisfactory.

Ok for a quick overnight but not for longer

Clean,bed and pillows uncomfortable compared to other places we have stayed. Breakfast not good tasting at all compared to other places we have stayed.

Cracks are starting to show

Honestly, this property is acceptable but the cracks are starting to show. The lack of housekeeping for a full 5 day stay is really inconvenient. I don't need much but having TP, and towels replaced once during a stay, without having to get it myself would be nice. Additionally, I stayed here twice in 3 weeks and the ice machine was broken both weeks. This is a little thing but when traveling for work, small comforts are appreciated. Since after covid, it seems that they are penny pinching. Breakfast is unappealing.

The afternoon shift clerk was very nice and understanding about our late arrival after the 4th and was quick to get us extra bedding we didn’t have for the 3rd bed. Fast forward to the following night, we get a room call after 2 of my children bathe and say we are being too loud and ‘broke the floor’ resulting in water damage beneath our room. When I confronted the staff to prove it, they show me a video of water coming from beneath my tub from the 2nd floor, when I tell them a 3 and 7 year old wouldn’t have broken a floor and that if this bath is structurally unsafe and leaking underneath like the video showed- we need a new room with no plumbing issues, they tell me “it’s okay now, we won’t charge you for it, it’s okay, you just need to keep it down”. also, the ants were everywhere.

Shower curtain hangers almost completely torn, water leaked out of shower. Sofa cushion seams torn gave me a yuck feeling. Waffle maker left waffles undone in center. Housekeeping and kitchen staff seemed little concerned. Otherwise fairly clean and comfortable.
