Located in heart of laguna. South building was great. Nice room, appliances sushi as fridge, freezer, microwave, stove and kitchen tools. Ralphs is next door. Views from South building were great. Alao has a bbq in courtyard. Room 1 was the best for 2.

The front desk person barely spoke and acted like we were bothering him when checking in. Same thing on the way out. We had fb walk around the block to check in and the layout was weird with how we had to park and then walk a block to check in and then back again. We didn’t see any staff the entire 3-day stay and no one spoke to us and it seemed like the staff was non-existent.it was hard to park in the underneath space with a lot of poles and other cars in the way. Then you had to climb up steep stairs to get to the rooms. The room was big and very nice but I couldn’t imagine trying to carry heavy suitcases up those stairs. Maybe it’s just how everything is in California with the weird layout and the way people acted indifferent or snobby and not welcoming.

Dirty and Run Down

I checked into this hotel but couldn't stay there. The property and the room are very run down. The carpet was old, stained, and coming up on the edges near the wall. Everything is very dated. I pulled back the blanket on the bed and there were dark hairs on the sheets. The room did not look or feel clean, and I left and went to another hotel.

Found insects as soon as we walked in. Pillow had weird orange stains on it, bathroom had a weird smell to it

We stayed there for our honeymoon and referred other guests who stayed as well. The air conditioner wasn’t working we woke up sweating to a 77 degree thermostat and the next morning the tub water was lukewarm. I spoke and emailed (12 times) over the course of 2 months being promised they would compensate. To this day I NEVER heard back… to say poor customer service would be an understatement! I would go so far as to say completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
