Ok stay

Overall good stay. Fair price in what you get. Pros: great location very close to freeway. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking and safe area. Room was clean and cozy. Cons: I requested for first floor but never got message back if the can accommodate as I have a toddler. However, gave us 3rd floor room by elevator. Breakfast lack, don’t expect warm food. Our kids have food allergies so wasn’t able to eat anything. If you plan just to rest I think this property is fine.

This place isn’t bad; but it’s nothing special. The worst thing was emergency or police sirens interrupted our sleep three times during the night. Not sure if there’s a station nearby or it was just coincidence. Beds were comfortable. Starbuck’s was close for morning coffee. Parking was free.

I am going to contact you for a refund. The bathroom is rusty, the water barely works, and there was no drinks,water, or ice on the entire premises. There were no blankets. Our bedding was only sheets, and we were freezing. No comfortor at all. The breakfast was suppossed to be a full breakfast and there was only toast and oatmeal, bagels and cereal. I was not happy here

I stayed here many times over the last 4 years. You get a low rate but I can’t do it anymore. The linen is tired and should be replaced. Everything about the rooms is old and should be refreshed. The flooring in the A section is buckling, bathrooms are yucky, TV’s are tiny. I heard there’s new ownership. Maybe they’ll do a remodel. Ana I’m sorry to hear their manager Naveen is no longer employed there. She was a gem and so helpful. Thanks.
