Absolutely stunning location. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of extra added amenities that we did not expect, which made it even better. Highly recommended for a tranquil experience.

The check-in experience was awful. The desk is only open til 4pm and the after hours phone numbers both went to messages. We sat in the dark waiting for an hour and then decided to find somewhere else to stay, when finally the security person showed up. The hotel definitely should have a better check in process, considering how much they charge. The experience was terrible especially after a long trip to get there. The staff were unhelpful generally. We asked for a kettle and were told they don’t have any and to boil water for tea in a saucepan. The kitchen lacked several other essential items such as scissors and overall we thought it was inadequate. Despite the lovely location I would not stay here again.

On the beach, has clean pool and gas bbqs. Need to invest in some towels for both bathrooms and beach towels as they are worn and stained. Maintenance needs to do better and replace burned out walkway bulbs, fix all appliances (our ice maker did not work and fridge handle loose), and need to replace patio door with a deadlock. There are no locks on patio doors and no in room safe. Staff is very pleasant especially Security guards, Donnie and his father. Overall, not bad but definitely needs some improvements and owner needs to step up and spend the money on maintenance and worn out towels

Room and location were amazing. Cleaning was just ok, there could have been a little more detail in the cleaning of the rooms, light switches, mirrors, shower walls. Pictures were dirty with splatters on them.

This hotel has an option for late check out, depending on availability. We requested this option when we made the booking (half a year in advance). However, when we arrived we were told that this option is not available in the room that we were provided with and that we would have to move to a different room on the last day of our stay, which completely defeats the purpose of this option. This is not convenient and is a great example of bad management.

The property was clean and beautifully landscaped. Our room was literally steps from the beach. The pool area and outdoor grills were fantastic. The rooms are not very soundproof. You could hear what the people next to you were saying. There is no TV in room, which was a plus for me. There is a common area with TV. there are restaurants and shopping near. It was nice to have beach chairs available. Another plus is the air conditioning and full size fridge. The doors have keypad locks, so you didn't have to worry about losing a key. Security was there 24/7. Great place to stay, just bring ear plugs.

Mauian hotel

Perfectly remodeled ocean view rooms. High quality mattresses and pillows. The grounds looked like the garden of Eden. Steps from one of the best beaches in Maui. Even though we didn’t use the pool it was beautiful with brand new stainless barbecues.when we arrived we were greeted by Donny and he was very helpful warm and friendly. This place is heaven.

Perfect sunrise and sunset!

Perfect location right on Napili Bay—sunrise and sunset views! Clean room, bonus kitchen, friendly staff, and great security. Coffee, tea, and water daily. Steps from the beach—would stay again in a heartbeat!

I do love this place. We book for the proximity to the beach for sure. Although I like the 1st floor garden rooms where its much more convenient access to go to the water, I would recommend a 2nd floor room if you're a light sleeper only because you can hear the people walking around above.
