I have stayed at this hotel many times, only because of the location. The rooms are dirty, the flooring is stained, the rooms smell disgusting, the reception staff are unfriendly, the maids do not speak English, you need a lot of patience to explain something. The food in the restaurant is not tasty, the service is disgusting, the menu does not change, the prices do not match the quality of the food. But the worst thing is that you are not insured that your things can be safe, the maid threw my things in the trash, it is outrageous. Total crap.

Charged resort fee despite all of outdoor pool area being under construction. Front desk argued about resort fee covers parking and some spa access. Come on. Outdoor area in the summer is the essential.

Sofa bed too small for two people. King bed and sofa bed combo not ideal for four people even if two are kids. There was never an opening to switch rooms the three nights we had reservations. Bathroom faucet dripped nonstop. We put a towel in the sink to mute the sound. Loved the spa.

Lia at the front desk saved the trip honestly. A lot of the trails by Big Bear Lake are closed until early September, but Lia provided a list of trails, guides, restaurant recommendations. We ended up doing the kayaking excursion with (I think Caitlyn was her name) and hiked 2 of the trails recommended. The pool was a good temp, the kayaking was fun and informative. Nice shower. The upgrade to the balcony with the view of the lake is worth it. Yummy restaurant at this hotel too! We also walked over to the village, it’s like a 5 min walk. Happy birthday trip!

Arrowhead get a way

it was amazing. Not too crowded. Beach was very clean. Firepit there, but not lit. pool was awesome. One spa did not work. Great view of lake from our room with balcony. Carpet had stains but every else was in tip top shape.

What a beautiful place and a very nice resort and restaurant. Lake access with a great little beach. Large pool and nice clean spa. Awesome restaurant. Friendly staff. Close short walk to the village.

bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows too. the power outlets didnt work, the wallpaper in the room was peeling off and we asked for a king size bed which is what we have at home and they said it was king but it was really a queen.

Our stay was ok, for the price I did expect a bit more :/ I took my Pugs & Im sure there are designated rooms that are Pet Friendly but the rug was SO BAD. I have never experienced such filth ever. Everything else was good but gosh lots of repairs need to be done at this resort. I had a partial lake view and construction directly below our balcony. I just expected more. The couch bed is like sleeping on a rock. I can also hear the people upstairs running and all the crackles in the ceiling of the room. I really wish I could give a better deal because they do have a nice chill area. Lakeside and I loved their coffee shop. All of the staff was friendly with an exception of the bartenders, but the manager took care of that 100% so that part was addressed. I might consider staying here in the near future if some changes are made.
