Everything was very nice as far as cleaniness, staff, style etc. However for such an upscale hotel, powdered creamer for coffee in your room is a huge turn off, a no no. Snacks or some type of treat would have been nice.

No assistance with luggage during valet and check in. Dirty bathroom floor. Pool attendant was missing causing us to wait 10 minutes for towels and wrist bands for pool access. Drinks at bar weren’t frozen despite being frozen drinks. Vending machine on our floor didn’t work and ice machine was also broken.

The pool and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The live bands nadir it fun for those who do not gamble as much. And families can be together as the little ones swim and the adults can gamble

The golden nugget is definitely not how it used to be. The rooms are dated with older sheets and towels. The employees are also very rude and unwelcoming. I will definitely not be back.

The room was beautiful! My only complaint was there wasn't a mini fridge or a microwave. The view of the lake was nice and peaceful. The pool is beautiful, the casino had lots of options, the drink ladies were slow so we never actually got our drinks but the staff was nice and the hotel is beautiful.
