Overall the stay was good. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. There was a burst pipe when we were there 2 floors above. We had to move rooms in the evening which was not great. There was also no real acknowledgement of the disruption after we were moved.

There was too much chlorine in the hot tub and it bleached my bathing suit. Also i think they need to regulate how many kids are in the hot tub splashkng around while adults are in there relaxing. There was 10 to 15 kids splashing and jumping around in there irritating the adults. The lifeguard did nothing to regulste it. There was 15 to 20 people in there at all times. Only suppose to be 11.

We did not have any hot water. They gave me room at the end of the hallway we’ve had a convention going on. Can I get any sleep still waiting on a call from the manager from the hotel?
