The hotel is charming and well situTed on Lake Geneva. I had a third floor lake view room. Worth the extra expense to sit and watch the water. the hotel restaurant is overpriced for the menu, in my opinion. The service is superior- from the front desk to the cleaning crew and restaurant staff. I will def return. Very clean, good selection of keurig pods in room and I like the honor fridge with complimentary water bottles.

So the resort was fine and the service was acceptable but the food at the Oak and was horrible. I mean not edible. There menu was limited compared to the last time we stayed there. You would think that with a limited menu the entrees would be excellent. Far from it. We probably will not return!
