"check in begins at 4:00pm" don't expect your room to be ready on time. Front desk staff was underwhelming and room was gross with a very dirty bathroom.

We booked for the pool. We wanted to lay around the pool and lake for a few days. The pool was ice cold. They should have informed us or put something on their website. To top it off, we still had to pay full resort fees when the resort wasn’t at full capacity. None of the kids coming to the resort could swim. They should have waived the resort fee.

Room rundown. The air conditioning was loud and constantly blowing. The carpet in balcony was torn and is a tripping hazard. The phone didn’t work and we had to report a rattlesnake outside a room. Security did come and remove snake after I had to call the front desk from a cell phone.

Room was spacious, dated but all you need with fridge microwave and separate seating area and views of the lake. The tiki bar and pool area were great and happy hour! Met some locals who were fun and gave us some hints about area.

Unfortunately, there are only two positive things to say about this place. One, the staff was friendly and two the view of the lake from our balcony. The list of negatives is long, to begin with our room was very outdated, dust bunnies everywhere, from the walls to the furniture, the coffee maker looked unsanitary to use from being around for so long, the bathtub was stained brown and I hope the matter underneath a shelf wasn't mold, even though it really looks like it was. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the showerhead was and the toilet bowl was stained. The beds were very uncomfortable and the carpet was stained with what looked like vomit.

Room not clean, alot of dust in the vents. Air conditioning was too loud no matter what setting. Patio was very dirty dirty socks were left on our patio area. It smelled in the room. Seems it had not been cleaned or cleaned a long time ago. Room looked nothing like the pictures we viewed. The lighting was terrible. Lamps were falling apart. For over $200.00 a night plus resort fees. It wasnt worth it. I feel mislead & ripped off.

I would not stay at other hotels in Lake Havasu because the Nautical Beachfront Resort has everything you are there for. The beach where we launch our kayak daily, and the infinity pool where our kids spend a lot of time. And the views of the lake, AMAZING! The staff there were friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

Great place for pets. Beautiful view from rooms. Tv in living room had very bad static in the sound. Bath tub ring was really dirty, about 4” around the whole bath tub. Other than that everything else was great!

This was a stunning resort! The pool, the beach, the tiki bars and restaurant and staff were all wonderful! I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. The room was a little older, and had 2 double beds instead of 1 king bed. The first floor rooms have patios. The second and third have balcony’s. Every room has a lake view. If you stay on the third floor there you will have to take luggage up the stairs. There are guest laundry rooms for each building that take quarters. That was perfect for our week. You will get 2 free ice bags daily, and free parking. This resort is family and pet friendly. We rented a boat for a couple days, and It was much busier on the weekend. The London Bridge area is a lot of fun. I had considered staying at other locations closer to the bridge, because that area has more going on, but I’m really happy that we stayed here instead. My only complaints; There were no hangers in the closet, so we bought some cheap ones in town. We were told that housekeeping would only come if we requested, which is perfect for us. However one day they came in while we were out and left a toilet brush and bucket on the counter next to the sink, which kind of grossed me out next to our toothbrushes. My hubby swears he left a handful one $1 bills and thought housekeeping considered it a tip. All of the balcony’s had two chairs but ours only had one. Small issues and I would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat and didn’t want to leave. Thank you for our stay
