Never stayed. Showed up early and was told I would have to pay 20 dollars to check in early. Also office person very stand offush. They still have this HUGE PLEXIGLASS in the office. Saw people out front barely dressed sitting outside their room also someone working on their car. I didn’t feel safe staying so I left. Booked on Hotels.com and I reported to them via a virtual person and the hotel would not refund me. I went to Days in on Mc Culloch in Havasu 100 percent better they serve bkfst and brought me fresh towels the second day.

This is the dirtiest place I have ever been to, so nasty my daughter n I got sick like a cold sick. They don't clean the room just make the beds. I've stayed in some ghetto hotels but they were way cleaner than this. Looks like a crack shack. I will never stay here again. U couldn't pay me to stay here. I'm so glad the pool wasn't working, my granddaughter wanted to go swimming. We woulda caught more than a cold. Also I booked a room that was supposed to have a kitchen. If u see the pics online it shows one suite with a kitchen, they do NOT have any rooms with a kitchen which is fauls advertising and I was mad. Horrible place to stay.

Property was very run down and didnt feel to clean. Room smelt like pets but we were only in for a short night had to check in late at 2am and hotel staff was ver accommodating with out late arrival. He was very short and to the point not overly friendly or welcoming. I would stay here again for a overnight or just passing through woulnt not stay more than that.

Great value for your buck at a pretty convenient location. Check in was really fast, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Enjoyed the room cleanliness and how easy it was to unload and load back up our belongings.
