The area is perfect for dune buggies and quad runners. The loud dune buggies run all day and night in the neighborhood and city. You have to be fast and careful when crossing the city roads because of the loud speeding dune buggy's. The last upper step at the hotel is about 10" high, and someone fell down and injured themselves around midnight.

Cleanliness . Needs updating. Owner says they are working in room at renovations one at a time. , so will cut him some slack. He had a busy weekend and needed to use that room before it was ready

You definitely get what you pay for. Motel has extremely thin walls. The people upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture at 1am all nights. Next door tenant was a long term rental that was not only loud with the dog in the mornings but until 12am as well. Her cigarette smoke kept blowing in our room through the cracks in the door. Entire room smelled of smoke with ashes on the front sidewalk and ash tray outside on the ledge. The wood floor was filthy! Walked from the bed to the bathroom and back in which my bare feet turned completely black. Went back to shower and there was no hot water. Only luke warm/cool. Was like that the entire time so had to wash hair in the sink which oddly enough got extremely hot. Pulled the sheets on the bed back and they were stained plus a dingy off white color. Took them off and used my own blankets. Bed felt like you were sleeping on a hard, flat piece of wood. Just horrible. All the towels and wash cloths were also very old, hard and had stains. The bathmat looked like it hadn't been washed in forever! Covered in black dirt on one side from the dirty floor. Bathtub all stained & dirty as well. One of the outlet plugs on the desk didn't work so had to charge the other phone on the bathroom sink. Thank goodness we were only sleeping there. If you can even call it that and didn't have to be in the room for a long period of time. I wish these slum lords would actually care about their facility, their customers and check employees work.

Horrible stay, troublesome guest

Second time in three weeks. First stay was good, second was horrible due to a fight between a young lady who seems to have moved in permanently and a young couple. Screams, insults, racist epithets, etc loose dog, police called. Despite not knowing what caused the brouhaha it is my firm believe it has to do with the young lady, who seems to have moved in and treats the place as her personal property. Smoking in and around public areas, talking loudly on the phone, her room which looked like a pig sty (open door), was filled from top to bottom with her personal effects. When Zi relayed our terrible experience to the owner, he shrugged as if to say what can I do. He must decide if he wants to become a long stay motel or one accepting average travelers. He cannot be successful at both. No one wants to experience a fight at 5 am with police sirens. Never again.

Very dated. Worn out beds and bedding. Noisy air conditioner. Dirty floors. No housekeeping at all in our 4 night stay. We had to practically beg for towels and toilet paper. All night noise above us on 2 nights. Some monthly residents had a big fight outside about 4.30 am. Bath tub old and stained We understand that the price was low for this property but it was just too much. We have no vendetta against this property. Just telling it like it is.

Hit a price point. Very dated. Bathroom small very old tub. Very basic accommodation but works okay if you want cheap and a place to crash. Fridge tv microwave all good. Bedding old.
