Nice hotel and good location. The toilet is too low ( old style), but everything else was good. They said that the Jacuzzi is open 24 hours, but it was closed as well as the pool

Staff is very friendly. This was my second stay. I joined the loyalty program. I was upgraded to a beautiful king room, almost a suite. I enjoyed it very much. Breakfast buffet is always hot and tasty. Will always choose Hyatt Place.

TV didn't work on the room nor did the lights when you first walked into the room. The lady at the front desk asked me if I checked all the connections. When I told her I wasn't a TV technician she said she could move to another room. She did but the lights still didn't work but since the TV did I decided to just go with it. When I went to the pool the hot tub was cold and there was an enormous raccoon in the pool! When I reported this to the front desk. The lady said *well at least it wasn't a bear*. She also said the hot tub had been broken for a while. When I commented on how there seemed to be a lot of things broken she replied *it wasn't as bad as the La Quinta she used to work at*
