The staff was friendly and helpful for the check in process. I was able to check in early and the staff was very approachable. The parking garage was spacious and easy to get to. We didn’t realize there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. Coffee available downstairs, though. Walls are thin and doors and don’t go down to the floor, so you can hear everything everywhere. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the band on the second floor very clearly. But. The bed and the pillows were amazing!

Drinks at the upstairs bar were wonderful. The whole hotel has undergone a huge transformation. We had dinner in the restaurant was also very pleasant. Big shout out to all the staff-from our check in to our happy hour and dinner all were very friendly and accommodating.

Room was small but very well appointed. Our room had a nice view of St. Bernards Church and Lake Flower beyond. Breakfast downstairs was excellent!! The parking garage was also a pleasant surprise. Car was nice and clean after the nights snow storm. Can’t say enough good things.
