The front door didn't close properly, the phone didn't work, the drain didn't drain in the bathtub, and the heater wouldn't turn off. This place seriously needs some upgrading and some maintenance. I stay here a lot and I generally like it but there's a lot of disappointing parts about this hotel.

We had an ok time here but it was a bit outdated and a few inconveniences. They had the ac/heater unit directly over one of the beds so it was insanely loud all night and the only way to turn it off was to stand on the bed to adjust it. Then the hot tub area didn’t have any towels you had to check them out at the front and we’re told there is a $40 fee each towel if you don’t check them back in. And the hot tub area had 2 gates one by the front desk area and the other near where my room was, of course only the front desk one was operational so we had to walk in the snow all the way around the building to get back into the room. Overall it was ok but definitely needs upgrades.

Fun with friends in the snow

The place was very comfortable and very close to Heavenly Village. It was ideal for our trip as I took my daughter and her friends for a trip in the snow. The staff was very friendly and the room we rented was big and roomy.

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last 5-10 years and it seems to not be getting much better unfortunately. The day host staff was not hospitable on any occasion. The hot tub was not hot, barely warm really, possibly from maintenance overfilling the tubs with a hose to the point there was water pooling out of it and onto the areas surrounding the tub. Rooms are decent, but with so many comparable hotels in the area making improvements it’s sad to see that this property is not doing much or anything to improve theirs as well.

1 king bed room was small. Heater worked great. Mostly clean but not completely. Sink stopped up & slowly drained entire 3 days. No lock on bathroom window. Good location, walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Parking is ridiculous. Not enough spaces for amount of rooms. Pool table in lobby. Great 2 level hot tub & open until 10. Quick & easy check in. Friendly staff. 2nd stay here, much happy the 1st time. Will not stay again unless my son insists (loves the hot tub).

The check-in time is stated as 3pm on the Expedia website, but my cabin wasn't ready till 4pm. We stayed in the cabin, great space for a great price but this place is in need of repairs. The windows are not fully attached to the walls so cold air comes in. The tiles in the bathrooms are cracked. The burner on the stove was completely loose. There is dust everywhere, the tubs are filthy! Needless to say that cleaning is a big issue here. Glad to say that towels and sheets were very clean and available.

I booked a double double room (2 double beds). The setup of the room opens right up to the sink and bathroom area. There is dim lighting throughout the room. Very horrible dim sink lighting which makes it difficult to do makeup/hair. The room itself was spacious. There is a small refrigerator and no microwave. You have to rent one for $5.99 or use the small compact microwave for free in the lobby. The heater worked great. There was adequate hot water. Cleanliness was not stellar as there were remnants of the previous persons hair on the bathroom walls. The bathtub and toilet combo room was very narrow. Overall the price per night and quality did not match. For the price I paid this room should be scored 4 stars-but instead I am scoring this 3 stars.

Horrible upstairs neighbors

Great room and service, but no microwaves in rooms. Had horrible upstairs neighbors that were stomping and rearanging furniture? all day and all night long. Called front desk at midnight about it, they called the neighbors, and they stopped. For 20 minutes. Worst night rest ever. I realise its not the hotels fault, just wish people had more self awareness and courtesy to others.
