It’s ok for one night

Unfortunately the person working the front desk seemed like they could care less about the customer experience. We got our room, unfortunately not the accommodation requested on our reservation and when we checked in and opened the door to our room it smelled like someone had just taken a big stinky poop in the bathroom. The microwave smelled really bad, there was old water in the coffee maker and the beds felt clean but the mattresses are mediocre. It was still a comfortable stay but I wouldn’t rush back.
