I've stayed at this property before and I've always had a great experience, but this time didn't measure up. We were unfortunately placed in a room designated for guests who use a wheelchair. Oddly this room was on the second floor. While the room was clean, we didn't understand the locking mechanism for the pocket door and accidentally locked ourselves out of the bathroom. Furthermore the shower was a walk-in and water went everywhere all over the bathroom floor. Aside from the fact that the refrigerator didn't work, I would have appreciated the front desk to alert us as to the unique features of such a room before we were assigned keys. It made for a very awkward experience.
