Terrible directions for parking, garage has no level or row numbers so finding your car is a nightmare. Luggage carts only available with bell service. Hotel room looks really old, not up to Ceasars standards. No housekeeping or room service. I won't be back.

Double charged for movies, the construction was an eye sore, there was only 1 coffee shop in the morning, with very limited coffee menu. The tunnel was closed so we had to go out into the snow to cross the street. Only water offered in room besides tap was 2 tiny 1/2 bottles. Then lastly, who charges hotel guests for parking?? $60 to be able to park on property at the hotel you are staying at for 1 day and 2 nights is insane. It has turned into a tourist trap and taken away from the experience.

We were in the Romulus Tower with large rooms, giant bathroom and a partial lake & Mountain View. Very clean and modern, easy access to restaurants and tunnel to Harrah’s for concert at South Shore Room. Ate at Wolf, it was fabulous! Get a reservation or you can stand in line for bar seating.
