We arrived a bit early at the hotel and on request we were given a early check in at no extra cost. Upon check in we got a room away from the street so it was very quiet and peaceful for us so we really slept very well. On the other side room was clean with decent amenities The location of the property was very good , walking distance from beach and other attraction. Highly recommend this place.

The property was absolutely terrible: ahredded carpet, bathroom tiles were missing, window sills were crumbling, table was duck taped. This 'pet friendly' property had no where for my pet to do her business. This is maybe one of the most run down places i have ever stayed in.

I couldn’t believe the price. Such a great deal for a great location with parking and the room sizes were awesome. Bathroom was roomy, bed was huge and the room was specious. We had a view of the lake and great food all walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

This place was dirty and the walls were falling apart. I did take pictures. I was given a room that was not cleaned to start and the second room was very smelly and the dry wall was falling off the walls

We loved the quite and peaceful surrounding of this place. We enjoyed walking in neighborhood. Rooms were great as we were expecting, staff was really nice and location was excellent as well. Would stay again!

Carpeting has never been cleaned. In a destroyed condition with tips and tears all over. Smelled like hell in there. Had to have a window open even though it was below 20 degrees outside.

Shower was unusable due to black mold and pink mildew. Toilet, sink and beds were clean. Room is old and needs repairs. Checkin was very simple, and staff was courteous. Good location. Parking is crowded on weekend.
