The bathroom during our stay was very dirty. Either grease, blood, or something else smeared on the bathroom door frame, door knob & door. We also had a broken toilet seat. The seat was missing a chunk out of it. When we talked to the front desk guy that night he said he was aware of the seat, he thought it had been fixed, too late for maintenence to come and that they were at capacity & unable to move us. To speak to a manager in morning. In the morning we requested the manager. The lady in the front said the general manager was out at another property. She took my information & complaint. Said that she would pass along everything to the GM to contact me. He has yet to contact me. Very disappointed on how this whole situation was handled. The 2 employees at the front were polite, but I felt there should have been more concerned with our complaint. It shouldn't have happened. The establishment really needs a massive renovation. We would not stay here again.

IT was a decent place to stay. I thought i had reserved a ground floor, but they they didnt have one when we got there. From a comfort standpoint, they could use some new mattresses. Mine had a bulge in the middle.

Stayed for two nights. Basic accommodations. Water temperature and water flow in shower changes abruptly. The area is nice, safe, and walkable. Very close to a private beach. Tons of food and shopping options in walking distances.

Hallway carpets dirty and stained and also the room carpets dirty and stained. We had to switch rooms because our first room had blood stains on carpet. No keyed access to pool/jacuzzi. Anyone can come in and do. I saw non residents in the pool area. Parking permits given but no enforcement. Saw many cars displaying no permits. Breakfast was decent. Undercooked country potatoes. Same menu 2 days in a row. Beds were uncomfortable. Double bed instead of Queen. Tv channels were good. HBO/Cinemax. Pre-paid my stay but an 8 dollar city tax was charged to my card on second day. They assured it was only temporary. No free beach shuttle that I could see. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
