Pros * Lobby area - cool vibe / aesthetic * Nice amenities, little freebies (like smores kits) * Customer service was great * TV - good channel selection + several apps Cons 2 reasons unfortunately, why I wouldn’t stay here again. * The bed - I didn’t sleep well either night, woke up so many times with my back/sides hurting. I would say the mattress is hard, felt old. And the bed frame creaks, easily. * Bathroom mirror lighting - this is a pet peeve of mine. It’s not bright enough or the right kind of lighting to see your face clearly when getting ready in the morning. Additional things to note for some… * No safe or secondary door lock * No closet or drawers for clothes, just a bench and 4 pegs for hanging jackets * If you love shower water pressure, I would rate this 5 out of 10 In summary, you can tell they are trying to make it a great experience, so I applaud them for that. The bed is the only real dealbreaker for me. And that may only be the case with the room I got.

Overall, a really good experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I originally booked through Expedia but had to cancel due to a severe storm. Expedia declined the refund, but the hotel manager was gracious enough to let me reschedule—huge points for customer service. The hotel itself is super cute with a modern vibe. Pros include a great lobby with excellent coffee and a full bar. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus also looked solid, though we didn’t get a chance to dine there. The location is fantastic—less than a 10-minute walk to Heavenly’s gondola and close to shops and restaurants in a very lively area. The main con was that the room was pretty basic. There was no coffee machine, which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we did receive two free non-alcoholic drink tickets for booking through Expedia, which we used for lattes—and they were delicious. We stayed in Building 6 where the suites are located, so it’s across the street from the lobby and hot tub. Not a huge deal, but I would have preferred being closer to the main amenities. Overall, a solid stay and I would recommend it.
