They need to be upfront in the website what they are charging. $30 dollars for parking 😟$60 dollars for resort fee. That was not shown when total is finalized in the website. Absolutely loved our stay at the landing! Mel and Jason were the best. The property was beautiful, rooms are so spacious and cozy. My only suggestion would be a fan! We wish there was a fan over the beds. But that’s a very minor issue. Definitely spend the extra for a room upgrade, we wish we would have! The view is gorgeous. The shuttle is so great, it was always available to run us into town or pick us up after dinner. We will return!

Worth the Splurge

Really enjoyed staying here and felt the quality and comfort of the room and hotel in general was worth the expense. Loved having the fireplace, patio, and general dog friendliness of the hotel - especially being able to take my dog to dinner and sit INSIDE at the restaurant. Thanks for a great stay!

When we got to our room, Lakeside King ADA, the only accessible part was the bathroom. It was a very small room and a half closet that I could not hang my garment bag in without dragging the bathroom floor. We upgraded. We lost the Lakeview, but got a much bigger room I could roll around in. Next time we will know to request a Premier ADA room. After that everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, Jimmy's restaurant was delicious, and the MS Dixie II cruise shuttle will pick you up there. We will definitely stay there again.

The Landing at Tahoe is an excellent Resort.

My wife and I celebrated an anniversary at The Landing mid September 2025 and had an amazing time. The rooms were all excellent; the staff and concierges helpful and friendly. Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places on Earth- and the Landing is right on its shores! One note of caution for couples looking for quiet/solitude: speak with a representative of the hotel before booking to make certain wedding parties are not occurring during your stay. On the other hand, if you are looking for a picturesque hotel to get married, The Landing seems an ideal spot to exchange your vows! Regardless, all around enjoyable experience. Make some memories.
