Hotel is overpriced and room nothing special . WiFi is generally not working . No working computer or printer for customers . Lifeless lobby . Rude about early check in send a message before check in you need to pay more if you want to come early . Staff not at desk before check in time . Get a better deal somewhere else !!

Me and my wife we stayed over the presidents day long weekend, everything was great except its so expensive, 400 bucks a night. Got to avoid long weekends. Not really value for money.

The hot tub was not functional during our entire visit. We specifically selected this property because it had a hot tub. The property was not as advertised. We were very disappointed.

Truckee Donner Lodge was ok for our ski trip in the area. The property itself doesn't have much to offer and the area around the property, being by I-80, has only a gas station and Taco Bell. It does offer breakfast and there is a hot tub outdoors. The website says "coffee and tea in common areas" but the coffee machine was shut down after breakfast during our 3-day stay. It would have been nice to be able to get some hot drink after skiing the whole day. It was of course very expensive during the Christmas holiday considering the property and facilities.
