Maximum 2 pets allowed; $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
We are unable to accept guests with pit bulls or Rottweilers at our pet friendly rental. Breed restrictions are mandated by the insurance company and we are unfortunately unable to make exceptions;
Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.
