Staff was nice. Check in went smooth. Room was clean and the bathroom was pretty big too. Breakfast was good as well with a good selection. The bed itself was comfortable if a little squeaky. I would recommend bringing your own pillows though as the ones at the hotel weren’t that firm. But overall I would stay again

Staff seemed fine, but I'll never use Expedia again. When I originally searched for hotels Expedia showed a different rate for this hotel of $126/nt but ended up charging me $141. Ridiculous!!! Never again will I fall for the bait and switch of Expedia! Even called customer service and they "said" they couldn't do anything. Just list the correct rate when people search and you won't have this problem!!!

The good part: The staff were friendly. Easily accessible location. The air condition unit releases a strong stench when you change temperature or the mode. Maybe a simple maintenance thing, but it needs to be addressed. We had to change rooms during check-in. But that didn’t help. Bathroom fixtures like the flush gets stuck, you have to remember to pull it back up or the water just runs all day long. The drain stopper was broken.

We stayed in the Hampton Inn about 10 years ago. It was a very nice place. Our recent stay was disappointing! The location is in need of an upgrade. Torn wallpaper, dirty walls and doors. The staff at front desk were kind and accomodating. The breakfast employees were very accomodating as well.It just the place needs an upgrade.
