One night

I was told that there’s no more queen bed rooms and Exspedia made a mistake so I was given a room with 2 full beds instead although I paid for a room with queen size bed when I got to the room it smell bad and the AC was weak I called front desk they sent a guy up and he said that it’s blowing as cold as it’s going to get so I was basically sweating all night uncomfortable and on able to sleep
