The cleaning, horrible, cockroaches, hairs on the bed, a musty and dirty smell, very unpleasant, the floor very dirty, the corridors and elevator very dirty, the towels smelled clean but with old churre stains that the washing machine did not remove, we paid for three people and they only put 2 dirty towels, the treatment of the reception staff was excellent, we paid almost 300 dollars for just one night, I do not recommend it or visit it again even if they give it for free, it is a lack of respect to charge so much money for such dirty.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink was clogged. The heat did not work. The room had an overall "odor". Not enough towels in the bathroom. Shower faucet dripped. Would never book this hotel again.
