The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The pool was a nice size, it was very chlorinated and a little dark like no lights in the pool and dim lighting in the pool room. My room was very clean, the staff was extremely kind and professional. The hotel was generally very nice. My only complaints are that there was a very strong chemical cleaning product smell in the lobby and my room was out of the body wash and had no hand soap. If management can look into more modern/safe cleaning products that would help guest and staff feel more comfortable/healthy.
