I chose this Comfort Inn because it’s literally right across the street from AMT. it’s also right behind Cracker Barrel. It was very quiet, easy check in and out. Great location for shopping.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Handicap accessibility can be viewed different ways however usually it is a walk-in shower or situation as such. Our room had a tub and although there were plenty of handrails for somebody handicapped it is very difficult to step up over the side of the tub to shower.

I was very impressed with Comfort Inn Rockvale. The beds/pillows were so comfortable and seemed brand new. The entire hotel was spotless although too much Lysol spray in elevator and hallways. Another criticism is that the carpet seems old and worn out. But other than that, I was very pleased with my stay.

Good sized room, clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit on the small side, but great accessories were provided. The breakfast was really good, with lots of variety and staff maintaining supplies constantly. Location was ideal, with ample parking and near to many different local attractions.
