It was overall a very nice stay. The young woman who checked us in must have been having a bad day, though. She didn’t greet us, she wasn’t courteous, and she didn’t use any standard pleasantries like welcome, please, thank you… nothing. Aside from our interactions with her, the stay was decent.

Everything was clean and fresh. Very impressed with staff ..... however there was an ice storm the night we were there and the next morning no one salted the parking lot at all. Very unsafe.

Room was very clean, always gave kids apples, and close to everything! With that said, the pool heater was broken so it was cold for the kids (didn’t stop them from swimming) and put on the first floor. If you like sleep, asked to be on the second or third floor as the first has dogs.
