I had a paid reservation. When I closed the door to my room, I could see daylight through the door.Th deadbolt on the door was also broken. I did not feel safe at this motel and had to leave. .

Run down motel and area. Besides that, the woman who checked me in named Clara was the best part of staying at this facility. She was kind, welcoming, efficient, and obviously had a large heart. She and her kind professionalism should be noted somewhere. I thank her.

My Family stayed 7 days the door key had to be changed at least 6 times.You get a new key at night leave for work in the morning return to the hotel and the key does not work. Went to the office to get new key that didn't work had to go back again to get a3 rd key finally worked. They did come and brought new towels and emptied trash cans Twice in a week.I asked for trash bags and purchased my own towels on the days it wasn't provided.

Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, the shower has decent water pressure, and every room has a mini fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker. This is always where I prefer to stay when I come to Lancaster to visit a friend.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, only complaint was a clogged shower drain or slow draining..stood in 3" of water when i was done showering.. but clean place no bugs, near everythjng you could want. Front desk.lady was friendly.
