This place is very run down. We did not feel safe at all and the disgusting room added to it.
Go to the room and before we get in noticed the screening was cut and window open/broken. Anyone could get in! II attached picture of it here.
Room smell was overwhelming; it was very dark and hot. Beds looked unclean with burns & stains. Bathroom moldy & burns. Mini fridge damaged. We were horrified.
The outside was run down. It appeared that people lived there and some unsavory people lurking around.
Restaurant there had a door wide open to a very messy area. There was a bag of onions sitting on the floor and nothing stopping the bugs from going in.
Desk clerk was not nice. He demanded both our ID's, which I thought unusual and has never been requested of us before, but ok.
We had checked out within 5 minutes, and he questioned why.. My first and foremost issue was our safety in an unsecured room! The filth and disgust and unsavory people added to it. He didn't care at all and offered no resolution.
Note, there is only one picture of hotel! I didn't notice that upon booking. Now I know why.
Never has this ever happened where the hotel was so bad, that we left not staying one night. Very sad and deceitful on their part. Never again with this franchise.
The cleaning ones should wait a little longer for the doors not to knock twice and enter because if I'm in the bathroom and I can't open at the moment they should wait a little longer to enter but everything else was super good Thanks
