The room overall is ok, it was clean and sufficient but there was this stuffy cigarette smell in the room. Also some of the towels were so run down they were like gray color. Overall if you need place to sleep for cheap it will do the job.

Not Good. Dirty Rooms

Not good. Room was dirty, floors are sticky. There was no soap in the bathroom. Seems like a place that needs some investment but ownership is too cheap to spend. I’ve stayed at other Red Roof Inns that were great. This one was not!

There was blood splatter on lamp shade, bathtub and comforter. Walls had damage to them and doorframes were chipped. Hadn’t been painted in decades probably! Awful. My daughter-in-law wouldn’t let me stay and immediately took me to another hotel. Front desk still charged me for the night even tho I was there a total of ten minutes. Horrible place.

Gross and disgusting. I booked 2 rooms for myself, husband and 5 kids to stay at after a 6 hour over night drive and day at Hershey Park. When you walk in the lobby you smell stale cigarettes and weed. I was willing to let some things slide because of the price point. I had called ahead asking if they had portable cribs for my babies but they said no, so we brought our own. We were assigned two room (not adjoining like we had booked) on the second floor with no elevator access. So we hauled everything up the smelly staircase. When we got the rooms we were met with a dirty room. Urine and make up stained bedding, dead bugs, mold in the bathroom, scuffed walls, flooring pulling up. My final straw was the milky, cloudy water that came from the sink. Couldn’t even brush my kids teeth. We had checked in at 3:00 and we were loading everyone up to leave just hours later because there was no way I could have my family stay there. The front desk offered no assistance or remedies to the issues, just let me know there was no way I would be refunded even when I had not even asked for one. 100% do not recommend.

The property is in need of desperate repair used tolet paper roll dirty stained bedding stained lampshades loose plugs on night stand soap was out in sink area no big towels only small and they give you only three just looks like they are under staff and the cleanliness is lacking

Really awful place

Room was clean. Hallway was filthy dogs barking all day and night rooms area mess from dogs being in them no one ever at front desk ask for an elevator they didn’t have one and no first floor Rooms
