The room was horrible, first the room smelled bad the door to the restroom had a whole that was patch inside that looked horrible. The stand where the tv sat on had wholes and handles where missing. The sheets on the bed looked dirty and full of hair.

Arrived on September 12 for a one night stay. Took 15+ minutes to check in due to no one at the front desk. Upon entering the room saw that the recent renovation was poorly done. Bathroom fan shroud not fully attached, poorly painted, tub shower renovated to a shower only with attached faucet. We proceeded to check out the next morning and same thing. We waited 20+ minutes and no manager so we had to leave not and depart

Last time I was here the room was a little better. This room is very small, no hangers, the 4 soap/lotion/body wash dispensers in the bathroom are empty or broken, the towels smell clean but look dingy and are small and thin.

The employee at check in told me that I needed to give a $60 deposit cash. No where in my confirmation did it say that. I told her I don’t have cash and she tried to tell me it’s in the fine print which I read and it never mentioned it nor was there any sign stating that. When I told her it was not stated she said “Just this once I’ll let it go but it does say it so next time you need to have cash”. I won’t ever be back but it definitely felt like a scam
