We stayed for one night. We needed something family friendly and quiet. Loved having the 3 beds! They were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. We didnt need everyone to bathe, but there were only 3 towels, so you'll need to ask for any additional towels if needed. There was a group of construction guys being a little loud outside when we got there, but we asked the manager to ask them to shut it down by 9. All was well. Would stay again!

Always a great stay here. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Fast, easy checkin. Clean, comfortable. Been staying here for years when i drive Amish here from NY. Reasonable rates also.

The room we were put in had a falling ceiling, you could not walk on the carpets in your bare feet or they would be black, had to keep asking for hand towels and face cloths every day, no plastic drinking cups. We did not receive our $50 deposit back yet and we were there on Oct 8 to 11. It should not take that long to get it back. There was not a great hospitality lounge. coffee, no milk or creamer, only powdered stuff. Parked at the back of the motel where the garbage was and people living in the motel as tenants so children running and playing up and down the stairs. WHEN CAN WE EXPECT OUR DEPOSIT.

We didn’t stay the people on the second floor were cursing and swearing and arguing. I did not feel safe there at all. I was afraid to even put my suitcase down. It was just a horrible, horrible experience. I walked into the room went Nate dinner came back and checked out and had to find another place to stay.

Soudersburg Inn & Suites is a convenient location to see shows at The American Music Theater and Sight & Sound. Staff was very friendly and we had a great stay.

Extremely Unsanitary Conditions A group of 6 of us, stayed overnight on September 12, 2025, and booked two rooms, each with three beds. Unfortunately, the experience was horrible. We checked in late afternoon, dropped out bags in the room and quickly ran out to get some dinner prior to going the theater. When we returned from the theater around 10:30 pm and started to settle in, we realized that the rooms appeared neglected—dust accumulation was evident, small insects were visible in ceiling corners, and the floors clearly needed vacuuming. We even found food debris in a few areas. The most concerning issue was the condition of the beds, particularly the middle bed in one room. The sheets were heavily stained and clearly unclean, making it impossible to sleep on. . As a result, we had to share the remaining beds, which were only marginally cleaner. A couple of the other beds had hair on the sheets. This was an extremely unpleasant and unhygienic experience. We all slept with our clothes on. I personally had to take a sleeping pill to get through the night. At 10:30 pm, the office was closed, so we had to wait until morning to address the problem. We had been told at check in that the office opened at 8:30 a.m., and there would be fresh coffee so the next morning we went to the office at 8:30 am but it was still closed. Through the door, we saw someone sleeping in a chair inside the lobby area. When the office finally opened, around 9 am, we explained the situation

not a place i would recommend, the towels were worn out and thin the one wash cloth was stained with a brown substance and the pillows under the pillowcase looked as if they had been soiled in urine.
