I enjoyed the back door from my room leading right to the pool. People are jerks, leaving garbage everywhere. Towels were left out on patio all night.

I liked the area that the hotel was in. The outdoor pool area was nice. The Starbucks and “cafe” bar area were closed during the week, only open on the Sunday we checked in. Housekeeping didn’t throughly clean the room prior to us checking in. We found trash left over from the previous guests under the bed, inside the trash can (under the bag) and in the bathroom.

This place is absolutely gorgeous.It’s a perfect spot for families with little ones. They have a water playground right by the pool, so the kids can splash and play all day. There’s also an indoor playground, arcade, and even an indoor pool. The bar is super lively in the evenings. During our visit, they had live music playing at the bar.

Location is excellent. Staff was perhaps the worst we’ve ever encountered. I didn’t write a review initially because I generally just like giving positive feedback, but I came across a reminder to review this stay so decided to finally submit. The hotel feels dingy and out-dated, which, for the low price could be acceptable, but the inattentive, uninterested, texting front desk staff? No thank you. Would not recommend.

Every thing was great except the Friday night before we left. At 10 pm there was all kind of kids and adults out by the pool that closed at 10. Talking super loud. Running up and down the hall way. We was getting up at 4 to head home. So we didn’t get much sleep. My husband said something to the front desk when we checked out. The lady told him they have a pageant. That’s fine. But try to keep them on one side so the other people don’t get disturbed.
