Beautiful studio apartment

Beautiful property; I was in town for an event at Tryon International Equestrian Center, which is about a 35 minute drive. This is a bit further than other lodging options but is absolutely worth the drive. Quiet, clean and beautifully appointed apartment.

Great base for a few days cycling

Had a great stay - the studio is exactly as described. Easy to get to and was very convenient for the cycling I was doing. The owners, who live on site, were super helpful. Highly recommend.

Anniversary trip

Beautiful property with nice little touches that made it feel like home. Very quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the mountains. Easy access and close to lots of hiking and shopping. NOTE: If you can’t do stairs, this is not the property for you.

AMAZING!

This property is gorgeous and it is just as pictured. It is a true gem, a home away from home. It was stocked with everything you may need, even an umbrella! The welcome treats were so thoughtful. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Tom (the host) and he was very pleasant and helpful. Quick response with any questions. The view of the mountains are just fabulous. The town was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely be returning in the fall. Thanks and hats off to the host for sharing a fantastic place to visit!

Great getaway for two.

Very clean and cozy retreat with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend for a couples getaway. It was in a great location with a few cities within a 30 minute drive. My husband has bad knees so the only downside was having to go up a flight of steps that were required to enter the apartment, however this place was worth it!

Excellent choice

This property is perfect. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and located in the prime spot. The bed was so comfortable I overslept everyday. The home owners live on the property, but you would never know it. They are very quiet. It has everything you need. It is centrally located between several small towns. You can be in the mountains or the cities within an hour. We absolutely loved our stay.

Great get away.

One of, if not, the best properties we have rented. It is better than described. Hosts are great. Easy drive to downtown Landrum where there are some good eateries and quaint shops or a thirty minute drive to Greenville, SC. It’s a home away from home. This property will not disappoint.

Excellent Location for Tryon Equestrians

Beautifully decorated, Clean, Quiet retreat. Close to family in Landrum and the Tryon Equestrian facility. A hidden gem with a magnificent view. Excellent value and will make this a regular home away from home.

View with Comfort

This is an amazing place with wonderful owners who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and doing well. Walking it the studio is so breathtaking. It is luxury but not from an uptight overly expensive manner. It is warm snuggly luxury. The room ambience and decor is just perfect. Every detail makes your heart smile. And then, you see the view from the couch and bed. Absolutely breathe taking. It is prime leave changing time and getting a place with a view is hard and very expensive. What a surprise this was. Pictures do not do it justice at all. This will be an annual trip for me!

Girls weekend

We planned a quiet, long weekend for birthday/mother daughter trip. This place was perfect for us. It was decorated beautifully, great central location and the hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We were also welcomed with a birthday cake and card - awesome special touch! Absolutely wonderful

This place was absolutely beautiful. The view of the mountains from the couch was amazing. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The location was close to many small towns. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is able to climb stairs. The pictures are spot on.

Best rental ever.

This loft was so tastefully decorated and the location was quiet and relaxing. There were several quaint little towns to visit for some frat food and specialty boutiques. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our thirty year anniversary. Exactly what we were needing….quiet, relaxing, and clean. Will definitely be back soon.

Charming Studio with beautiful views!

My husband and I recently had a mini getaway to this precious studio in Landrum. We were wowed by the attention to detail in this well appointed studio. The decor was fabulous and the views were wonderful looking at the mountains while sipping my morning coffee.. It was comfortable, spacious and they had everything we could possibly need from the kitchen, coffee pods, washer dryer, information on the area and snacks. We enjoyed the location and visited TRs downtown and Landrums downtown. We hope to be back and enjoy it again!

Highly recommend if you are traveling near Greenville! Amazing get away location! Beautiful home and awesome views! Tom and Evelyn were amazing hosts as well. They have a real gem on their property!
