The hotel was HORRIFIC. Aside from the pool being closed it was DIRTY and dingy. The esthetics of the place were from the 1970’s. NOTHING like hotels in 2026. There wooden doors old patterned carpet that was STAINED beyond cleaning. The walls were dirty, shower was dirty, bedding had yellow stains. The curtains were stained as well. The staff was even worse. They had an attitude like they were renting out a 5 star hotel. This hotel should be negative 5 stars. They were not apologetic at all: the whole reason I booked was for the pool and they just wanted to argue with me that it said online that the pool was closed in the FINE print…. Let’s be real the FIRST thing they advertise on the picture is the POOL. I literally filtered to pool for my search of hotels when booking. There is no reason at all I should have been offered this hotel with the pool being closed. They were not apologetic empathetic nothing of the sort. Again aside of the pool being closed this hotel should not even be open. It was DISGUSTING. I didn’t even want to Sleep there but I had no choice. I did leave early though I was supposed to stay 2 night but I cut the stay short after being horrified at my experience and negative reaction from the staff including the manager.
