Good stay.

The room was nice, the beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the lobby. Breakfast of waffles, eggs and sausage was very tasty.

The hotel had great reviews so we tried it even though Quality Inn can be a crap shoot. First room the slider was broken and open when we entered it and it was very smoky smelling. They only had one more open room, the jacuzzi suite. We were optimistic and the manager was very nice. At no point were we told they had an issue and only half the rooms had ac working. The suite was on the fourth floor, ac did not working and it was 84 degrees. We had to go buy a floor fan to make it through the night. Luckily the temps dropped and the next day was better with a window open. No credit, options or other accommodations were offered.

Do not let the reviews fool you. Hotel is gross!

I booked this hotel because of the high ratings and affordable price. I did not have anywhere near the same experience to some of the other ratings. The hotel was unbelievably hot when we arrived. The front desk employees were very nice. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive I can say. I was double charged for my room, blamed it on Expedia, and it took a week to get a refund after many calls and emails. No one at the hotel could help with that and the manager was MIA when we were there. Our room was disgusting…stains all over the couch, stained pull-out bed, hair on a number of towels, hair and dirt in fridge, mold in the grout in the shower, and pubic hair in the wall of the shower! The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room smelled like body odor. Lower entrance door areas smelled like pot. The kitchen staff at breakfast had music blaring from the back. I requested a lower floor and was given a room on the 3rd floor. They said that was the only room available, but the place looked fairly empty. Have stayed at this hotel about 7 times over the last 2 years, and it keeps going downhill. I will not return.
